Hitch Recommendation for a 2003 281 Keystone Cougar

Question:

We currently have a 2003 281 keystone cougar camper 31 feet long that has a bike rack in the back. We want to replace the bike rack with a receiver hitch that is capable of pulling a 2 place snowmobile trailer with 2 four-wheeler/atvs on it roughly 2500 lbs? just guessing. What would be the best hitch to go with? Thanks

As long as the frame on your camper is between 22 and 72 inches wide I recommend the Curt Hitch part # 13703. This hitch can fit Box, C-Channel, or I-Beam frames and it has a 3,500 lb total weight capacity.

You will need to check with Keystone to determine if the frame of your camper is rated for towing a trailer as well.
