Will B&W Companion Fifth Wheel Fit Factory Towing Prep Package On 2015 Ford F-450
Question:
Hi, A couple of months ago I purchased this awesome hitch and turnoverball from you guys for my 2008 F350 short bed. Works fantastic. I am thinking about buying a new 2015 F450 long bed with a factory gooseneck setup. I think they are reese systems in the new F450s.. My question is, will this slider hitch into the reese gooseneck slot on the new F450s? Thank you for any info you can provide.

I do have a couple of options that will work for you and a 2015 Ford F-450.
My recommendation is to reduce the dealer cost and install a B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch w/ Custom Installation Kit, part # BWGNRK1111. This would give you the gooseneck hitch in the bed of your truck and allow you to use the B&W Companion, part # BWRVK3400-5W you already have.
Since the B&W Companion will not fit another manufacturer's system the other option would be to have the OEM gooseneck system installed in your truck, and then to use a replacement base like part # BWRVB3300.
This system installs in the pucks of the towing prep package and allows you to be able to use the Companion on this base.
In my honest opinion, you would probably save quite a lot of money by installing the # BWGNRK1111 in your truck and then install the B&W fifth wheel system you already have.
I have attached links to a couple of videos you can check out.
