How to Key a BOLT Padlock to a Vehicle's Door Key
Question:
So when the lock arrives, Does the person have to take it to a lock smith to get it keyed to the vehicle key? Or is it a generic keyed lock for that manufactured vehicle?

To key the BOLT locks like the # BL7023537 to a vehicle all that is required is that you insert your vehicle key into the core of the lock and then turn it as far as you can. Once this step is done the lock has been keyed to the vehicle's key. It's that easy.
