To measure for this you'll want to measure from the center of one awning arm to the center of the other arming arm (pictured below). The only difference between these kits is that the 652 comes with replacement shackle straps while the 654 only comes with the equalizers and no shackle straps. As long as the specs of a 3.5K Dexter Axle that we have on our site, like part # 7359765, matches the lengths you're needing, as well as the bearings and seal, then it will work with your hub.
One thing I'd like to mention is that if you suspect your spindles to be damaged then it's definitely work looking at your current parts to make sure none of the bearings, seals, or hubs have been affected. If they are in good condition then you're good to go!

Aside from making sure your 2018 Keystone Montana is loaded properly (tongue weight should be about 20% of the weight of the loaded trailed) the one thing that I recommend upgrading is your pin box. The Rota-Flex pins boxes are an upgrade from OEM pin boxes but they are definitely not the best solution out there.

In order to find the correct replacement hubs for your trailer, you need to first know what bearings your current hub has. You will need to take apart your current hub assembly and look at the bearings themselves; wipe away the grease and you should be able to see the part number stamped directly on them. First thing you will want to do is pick leaf springs that are as close to the axle capacity as possible. It is also highly recommended to replace your leaf springs in pairs, new set per axle.
