We don't have any front hitches that would work for your 2005 W22 Workhose RV, so you would need to contact a qualified fabricator to see about having one fabricated to your RV.
Once you have a front hitch I would recommend the Curt Spare Tire Carrier part # C31006 to carry your spare. I attached a review video for you to check out. view full answer...
Yes, the SumoSprings Custom Helper Springs Kit # SSF-280-47 that you referenced has been confirmed to work with the leaf spring suspension you have on your 2004 W22 Workhorse Holiday Rambler.
I attached a picture that I took from the installation instructions for this product that shows how it installs. view full answer...
I am not sure the exact replacement that you are referring to but we have several options to replace the air conditioning unit in your 2003 Mountain Aire 3781. For this, the best option we have for a non-ducted unit is the Advent Air RV Air Conditioner with Ceiling Vent, Start Capacitor, and Heat Strip part # ACM135CH for 13,500 Btu's or part # ACM150CH for 15,000 Btu's. These systems both come with a rooftop unit, ceiling assembly, start capacitor, and heat strip.

There are several things you can do to improve the handling of your Workhorse W-24. The biggest improvement will be adding a rear anti-sway bar. Adding additional items like a front anti-sway bar and a steering stabilizer will improve the ride and handling as well.
For your motorhome I recommend the Workhorse W-Series Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar, part # RM-1259-109. The anti-sway will help reduce fatigue and helps make it easier to keep the RV level and on the road.
For a front anti-sway... view full answer...
I suggest the Wheel Masters 4-Hose Inflation Kit # WM8208 for your 19-1/2-inch dually wheels with wheel covers. This kit is shown on the linked page along with our other inflation kits. I also linked a review video so you can see more about the components in this kit. view full answer...
Roadmaster rear anti-sway bar # RM-1259-109 will fit your 2007 Workhorse W24 chassis. It is intended for models that are 33 feet or longer. Since yours is 36 feet long it fits that description. If you also want to upgrade the front of the RV you can use # RM-1259-105.
Some other helpful items that will greatly improve ride quality and drivability include a steering stabilizer such as # RM-RBK13-RSSA, front axle stabilizer # TT2304 and rear axle stabilizer # RM-TRACW-22 (the rear one only... view full answer...
Yes, the SumoSprings Maxim kit part # SSR-280-54-1 would work great to improve the ride quality and handling of your 2005 Workhorse W22 that already has a rear sway bar installed on it. This will further create more stability and get rid of any remaining sway left. view full answer...
Since your 2008 Fleetwood Southwind is built on a Workhorse W24 chassis I believe that there is wiring located up under the dash and to the left of the steering column on the 2006 Workhorse W24 chassis that is for a brake controller. Look for a bundle of wires held together with a white tag. The tag shows the functions of the wires. If that wire bundle is not present on your Southwind then the brake controller will have to be hardwired in.
On the brake controller white is ground, black... view full answer...
First let's get you set up with a base plate kit. The Blue Ox # BX1722 is the custom fit base plate kit for your 2013 Chevrolet Spark with a manual transmission.
Next we will need a tow bar. I recommend the # BX7420, because it's easy to use and comes with the safety cables.
Supplemental Braking Systems are required in most states and Canadian provinces, so you will want to look up your state and see what towing laws they enforce.
Surge brakes operate by using a mechanical braking... view full answer...
I recommend the TST TPMS for RVs # TST-507-FT-6-C for your motorhome and towed vehicle. This system uses flow through sensors that make adding air to your tires when they are low much easier. The kit comes with 6 sensors and you can add up to 38 different sensors allowing you to use the main unit with multiple vehicles and even load up to 4 different vehicle profiles.
By adding the 2 additional sets of the Flow Through Tire Sensors # TST-507-FT-S2 you will be able to use the monitor to... view full answer...
For the 2002 Workhorse W22 the correct Roadmaster steering stabilizer with mounting brackets is # RM-RBK13-RSSA. The mounting brackets alone are # RM-RBK13. I have included a link to our FAQ on stability control for heavy duty vehicles. view full answer...
According to the original sales brochure I looked up, your 2005 Newmar Mountain Aire 3778 was built on the Workhorse W-24 chassis. The same brochure states that the overall length of your coach is 37 feet 5 inches.
Given that information, you'd want to use the Roadmaster # RM-1259-109 for the rear anti-sway bar and # RM-1259-105 for the front.
Sway bars essentially lock the axles down to the vehicle frame, so they can't rack which causes wandering and unwanted body roll.

I have a great solution for a steering stabilizer that fits your 2006 National Sea Breeze built on a Workhorse W22 chassis but we don't have a Blue Ox option instead you'd want the Roadmaster stabilizer part # RM-RBK13-RSSA which is confirmed as a fit and would do an excellent job. view full answer...

Adding front and rear sway bars are an option, though they might be more than you are willing to spend. For a front bar, you can use # RM-1259-105 or # RM-1259-106. For a rear bar, you can use # RM-1259-108.
You could also install a steering stabilizer, # RM-RBK13-RSSA. It will work to keep the motor home centered so that the driver does not have o work as hard.
I have included links to the instructions for part # RM-1259-106 and part # RM-1259-108 for you. view full answer...
The Atwood brake actuators are no longer made as Atwood got out of the industry a while back. Best solution is to replace it with a Demco surge actuator part # DM72VR which is a very similar but improved surge actuator for disc brakes. It has an easier to use coupler latch and is very reliable. view full answer...

For your 2003 Workhorse W22 the recommended rear sway bar is the part # RM-1259-108 which is a 1-1/2 inch diameter bar. This will work great and would not be a compromise in any way. view full answer...
The Roadmaster Reflex Steering Stabilizer # RM-RBK13-RSSA will provide you with some stability on your 2007 Workhorse W22 motorhome, but a rear anti-sway bar is the best ways to provide stabilization for your motorhome. The reason is because they are such a vast improvement over the OEM sway bars and their placement at the rear of the vehicle allows for the greatest improvement in handling. After that, the best way to increase your rig's handling and comfort is with a front anti-sway bar,... view full answer...
