Looks like you have plenty of clearance for a larger tire and wheel setup but without being able to measure for you it's hard to say from here. Your current tire overall diameter is 21.9 inches and the width is right at 5.3 inches. Also looks like you have the standard 5 lug bolt pattern. Most 15 inch diameter trailer wheels have a pilot diameter of 3.19 inches which a center cap like the part # LHCS102-SI60C would fit and work great for.
