I highly recommend the Putco rain guards. I had WeatherTech rain guards on a few years ago and they barely lasted a year before they started cracking and the clips that held them in place fell out. I've had the Putco Element rain guards on for almost 2 years now and they are still going strong. I also think they look a lot better, almost OEM-like.

The Weathertech Window Rain Guards part # WT84426 that you referenced are mainly designed to allow you to open the vehicle window while it's raining so that you can have some outside air circulation without allowing the rain into the vehicle. As someone who has them on their Tahoe I can say they do block some air turbulence from entering the vehicle when the window is down as well. But will you be able to put your whole elbow out the window without getting a hard breeze on it? The answer... view full answer...
It sounds like you are looking for some rain gutter spouts like the Camco RV # CAM42452. These spouts will direct rain water 3 inches away from your RV and prevent those nasty black streaks on the RV exterior. These particular spouts also feature integrated extensions that can replace shorter or worn OEM spouts or be used on RVs that do not feature any gutters on the drip rail.
These are designed to be a universal fit and will work on a vast majority of RVs. I have attached an image of... view full answer...
Although we don't have anything specifically designed for a Van, and RV roof vent would serve your purpose.
The Fan-Tastic 12V powered roof fan, part # FV803350 would be a good choice. The powered fan is reversible so it can be used to bring in fresh air or to exhaust hot air out. The fan features a thermostatically controlled 3 speed motor. The vent doesn't include a rain shield, but it does have a rain sensor that will close it automatically if rain begins to enter the vehicle.

The ceiling garnish between the Deluxe part # MA00-07500K and the MaxxFan Plus # MA00-04500K will be the same, so in that regard the install is very similar but the entire unit (aside from the garnish) would need to come out to install the # MA00-04500K. view full answer...
I do have an option for you but we don't have a roof vent cover that would fit over the MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vents like part # MA00-07500K since it already has one built-in. If you want to use a separate large roof vent cover like the MaxxAir II RV and Trailer Roof Vent Cover part # MA86JR you'd have to downgrade to the MaxxFan Plus Roof Vent part # MA00-04500K. You'd loose a few features switching to this vent fan but you'd also add more protection due to their being a second layer. view full answer...
The cover that I recommend for a Jayco Jay Flight 36BHDS is the Adco Olefin HD All-Climate + Wind RV Cover for Travel Trailer part # AD39ZR. This is our best all-season cover with a ton of great features like zippered panels for entry, weighted straps for easy install, and guards for wear points like the ladders/rain gutters. It's also backed by a three year warranty. It will work great in rain, wind, and snow due to the Olefin top and polypropylene sides. view full answer...

The Roadmaster Tow Defender Protective Screening # RM-4750 can be mounted to your Sentry Rock Guard like # DM9523135 to keep road debris from being launched toward your tow dolly and CR-V. This is intended for tow bar use, but since you have a rock guard, it can be attached to that.
Another option is to use the Rock Tamers Heavy-Duty, Adjustable Mud Flap System for 2" Hitches - Matte Black # ERT00108. These may even be used together if you have a long enough ball mount on your motorhome.
