With the Fan-Tastic roof vents there isn't a replacement circuit board available but you can replace the "guts" of the vent with the # FV803358 which does take care of the circuit boards and lift/fan motors.
This would be best solution to get your roof vent working again. I attached a review video for more info on this as well. view full answer...
When you say upgrade do you mean replace with better components or just replace what you have as it's worn out? Either way the first bit of info I need is the capacity of the axles on your trailer and the length of the leaf springs. Also what's the dimensions of the equalizers you have? I'd need distance from left to right between the bolt holes and vertically as well. With that info I can get you replacement parts that are either upgraded and can offer you a cushioned ride for the trailer... view full answer...
Tri Pods do give you a major boost in stabilization, but a system like the JT Strong Arm Stabilizer Kit # LC191025 will be much more stabilizing. Why? Well you are taking your current jack and adding two separate components, creating a larger spread compared to scissor jacks. Also creating two bigger triangles will result in more stabilization. So, the Strong Arm Jack Stabilization is the more stable route.
If I were installing these arms, I would be using two of the adapter lugs # LC314592... view full answer...
For an exterior ladder on your 2013 Forest River XLR Thunderbolt I recommend the Stromberg Carlson Exterior RV Ladder # LA-401. This ladder measures 99-1/2 tall x 12" wide and can be trimmed down if needed. The ladder is also compatible with the extension # LA-148. This will allow you to close the distance to the ground when you use the ladder. If you would prefer black we also have the # LA-401BA.
I have attached some installation videos below for your reference. view full answer...

Thanks for the info. I'm happy to assist with the correct fits which are based on flange to flange measurements of your slides and will be purposefully wider than your slide for the hardware.
For your 12 foot slide use # LCV000163298 (slide out width range of 140 to 145-3/4 inches).
For your 5 foot 10 inch slide use # LCV000163279 (slide out width range of 68 to 73-3/4 inches).
For your 8 foot 6 inch slide use # LCV000163290 (slide out width range of 98 to 103-3/4 inches).
