In most cases I've seen, the control module is the likely suspect when the steps start functioning intermittently. The correct replacement module for your 909506000 is part # LC379606. We have confirmed this with Lippert on a few different occasions. If you want to, you can to test the control module, but you will first need to obtain the Lippert Components Kwikee Step Tester part # LC379416. Once you have this then you can use the attached photos to test the control module.

These parts are not going to be trailer specific and will instead be tied to the specs on the axles; it looks like this trailer has tandem 3500-lbs axles, so the brakes would be fairly straightforward and you'd want to use the # AKEBRK-35-SA. These brakes are designed to fit in the 10" drums that are typically found on 3500-lbs axles. The rest of the parts, however, you would need to take apart some things and take some measurements.

The Lippert Equa-Flex Cushioned Equalizer Kit # LC314336 for tandem 5.2K axles should be a drop-in replacement for the standard equalizers on your trailer which have about 16-inches between shackle bolt holes. But if find that you do need longer shackle straps you can order them separately as neither they nor shackle bolts are included with the Equa-Flex. Once you dismantle the suspension and take the tension off you may find you do not need them.

I took a look at the Kwikee T-Style RV Door Holder w/ Bumper # LC381409 that you mentioned, and it appears that it actually measures 1-1/8" x 2-1/2", making this only 1/8th x 3/8" larger.

I have a solution for you, but I don't believe the Powerbuilt # ALL640405 is going to provide the needed length of piston to lift a trailer that's already 22" from the ground; this unit is only capable of lifting up 12" and you won't want to stack up multiple boards under and on the bottle it to make it work.

The wheel used on the Kenda Karrier 205/75-15 # AM32418DX wheel/tire combo has a 3.19 pilot diameter, so you'll want to choose a center cap with the same diameter. I'd recommend the Lionshead # LHCS102-SI60C which is constructed of stainless steel for good corrosion resistance. The Dexter Torflex kits we sell are designed to be used with particular TorFlex axles. For Example, The Dexter TorFlex Lift Kit # K71-724-02 is meant for a #11 TorFlex axles with a 4,100 to 6,000 pound weight capacity.

I won't be able to tell you exactly which faucet you have in your Coachmen Cross Trek, but what I can do is explain how to find out or find a replacement. What we need to know is the dimensions of the base and we will also need to know if your faucet setup is a one-hole, two-hole, or 3-hole installation.

Based on the information you provided I can almost guarantee you have 3,500 lbs axles, which means you'd want 3,500 lbs brakes like part # AKEBRK-35-SA (my personal recommendation) and grease seal # 58846. You can't hardly beat these brakes both value and ease of use. They are self-adjusting which means you won't have to worry about manually adjusting your brakes each year.
