The factory add on fender flares or lip molding is easily recognized on a 2019 Ram 1500 Classic when you see the options side by side. The terms fender flares and lip molding have been used interchangeably for many simply indicating an added feature to widen that part of the fender for a different look. It looks to me that you will want additional spacers to provide better weight distribution on your 2019 Ram 1500. The Fast Way e2 Weight-Distribution Hitch # FA94-00-1061 is capable of having up to 9 spacers to provide the correct pinion angle on the hitch head and provide adequate weight distribution. As you have done with the measurements that you have on the front of your Ram you can also do the same process on the rear axle. In the video you referenced Randy is using the SnowBear Proshovel Snowplow - 84" Wide x 22" Tall # SB324-172. At the 4:45 minute mark he shows you how to lower the skid legs so that you can unhook and slide the snow plow away from your truck for storage, and goes on to say that you can get the optional casters # SB324-126 as well to make it easier.
