• The frame on the Alumi-Tread steps # LC432698 is the same steel frame used on other Lippert steps. You might want to look at the TorkLift GlowStep, # TLA8004 for a 27-7/16 inch base or # TLA8104 for a 25-7/16 inch space. TorkLift products are beefy and well made. Plus both of these models come with their own landing gear to support the steps at the bottoms. I have linked a video review for you.
