Their tech said you will want to first check the voltage going into and coming out of the Circuit Board # MA10A21275K with a Meter # PT29ZR where the lift motor plug is on the circuit board. If the voltage is not 12 VDC coming out of the board then the board is bad. Then you can also get a separate power supply like a 9 volt battery and run some lead to the lift Motor # MA10-20270 to see if it rotates...
