I checked with the manufacturer and the tiny screw you're seeing is a set screw. You will use an Allen wrench/key to remove this. What you're saying leads me to believe that the water line running to the toilet may branch off of the hot water line. This is not correct but sadly isn't uncommon. I discovered when remodeling one of the bathrooms in my own home that the builder had the water line for the toilet connected to the hot line instead of the cold.

The unit sounds like it is malfunctioning and this could be due to the rain sensor # MA34FR. I'm really sorry to hear about the mishaps on your brand new trailer! When reading through your descriptions the first thing that comes to my mind is the possibility that there's an exposed wire somewhere along the trailer that's making contact with the frame. This is essentially powering the frame so that when you attach the ground cable it's creating those sparks (which is not normal).

It looks like you have the correct voltage to your Electric Trailer Brake Kit - Self-Adjusting # AKEBRK-7-SA so I recommend re-checking the adjustment. Typically when it comes to breaking in a new self-adjusting assembly like the # AKEBRK-35R-SA the issue is weak braking and not too much braking or overheating. If the brake fluid that came out when bleeding the brakes after a disc brake conversion # HSE7K-TR1 came out discolored then there's a contaminant or water in the lines somewhere. The only way to clear it out would be to run more fluid through it to pass all of the contaminant out. I spoke with Furrion and found that this is a known issue with the wiring on the side marker cameras # FCE48TASL. A lot of people have been installing the trigger wire in with the power wire instead of running it to the turn signal or just capping it off. I've attached an installation video I did below where I show the wires for the cameras at the 6:18 minute mark.

Ok for hydraulic jacks that have a mind of their own you will need to do a bypass test first.
Retract jack in question. If retracting hydraulic landing gear, HLG, both jacks will retract. If retracting leveling jack, all jacks will retract.
Once jack is fully retracted, remove the extend hose (hose located at the top of the jack). If testing
ROAD SIDE HLG or REAR STAB JACKS, the hose will be mounted to a red restricted flow valve block.
