The liftgate sensor on your 2023 Toyota Sienna will not be disabled after installing the Curt hitch # C22UR. The sensor will still work, but the receiver does partially block the sensor. So it will still work but it may function a little differently. You will likely need to wave your foot on either side of the receiver, rather than right in the middle to get it to activate. I do have a solution for you but unfortunately the Yakima SlimShady Awning # Y36VR does not have any side panels that you can add.
We do have the Rhino-Rack Sunseeker Awning # RR32132 though which is a little bit larger and is comparable to the SlimShady. Rhino-Rack offers the side panel # RR32112 which you can add one to either side and the front panel # RR32111. You will need to use a circuit tester like part # PTW2993 to test all of the wires going to the reverse lights. Which ever one has voltage only when the reverse lights are on is the one you are looking for. Once determined, you can use these Deka Heat Shrink Butt Connector # DW05745-5 to complete the job.

If there is indeed a power wire already ran, it would terminate in the cargo area of the van, most likely in the spare tire or jack storage compartment. The other end would terminate in the engine compartment near the battery or the fuse box. Both ends of the wire would likely have a label or tag on them for identification.

The weld nuts on your 2007 Toyota Sienna XLE won't actually stop the M12 - 1.25 x 40 HEX bolts that come with the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13105 you referenced. The bolts should be driven up until they make contact with the included washer and trailer hitch. These need to be torqued to the specs found in the linked installation instructions. I am not sure how deep the OEM weld nuts are on your Sienna.

The 4 pole trailer connector will be able to be mounted under the Toyota Sienna by the hitch. From the way the instructions seem to explain it, the 4-Way will be on the outside underneath the vehicle and not hanging through the rear cargo doors. To provide the converter you already have with a 5-pole connector, you have two choices. You can use and adapter, like part # 20036. The blue wire on the adapter would tap into the circuit that feeds the reverse lights on your Sienna.

In all likelihood you will not have to tap the holes on your 2006 Toyota Sienna to get the hitch bolts to fit. Usually the issue is that the weld nuts on the vehicle will get packed with grime and corrosion and all you will have to do is clean them out.
You will need some spray lubricant such as WD40 and a wire brush or battery terminal brush such as # 814092 or # DW00254. Spray the weld nuts with the WD40 and let them soak for about 15 minutes. Then go at the holes with the wire brush... view full answer...
I checked with Firestone and confirmed the Firestone Coil-Rite Air Helper Springs part # F4155 for a 2021 Toyota Sienna (FWD). It looks like we have installed a few of these kits on some older models, in these the air line went through the top of the spring mount.
