I spoke with Lippert, and they informed me that yes you can convert your 18V awning to 12V buy using a 2-way power feed wiring harness (found in # LCV000334969-362243) to go from the awning arm to your coach, and then from here you will need to hard wire to your power source.

Sometimes RV makers may need to relocate a brake controller connection port from the OEM location (behind the coin tray) to another nearby spot in order to accommodate new interior structures they install as part of the RV conversion. You'd be fine using two of the MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan, Thermostat, and Remote # MA00-07500K in your RV and not have to worry about one remote operating both fans. Are you sure your wheels have lug covers on them? If you can see a flange around the base of the lug they are most likely the covers which is what the part # WM8211 is designed to remove. If there is no flange and you tap them with something metal and they sound solid and not like a thinner cover then you are most likely dealing with the actual lug nuts. In the picture I attached you can see a flange around the lug in the picture.

From everything I could find, your 2021 Sunseeker should actually be pre-wired for a brake controller. Especially since you have a 7 Way already on the back. This may be different on your model, but typically you will just access the brake controller connector behind the coin tray to plug the # 3034-P pigtail into. You can then mount the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195 in the place that suits your needs and you are good to go.

First, use some spray lubricant such as PB Blaster or WD40 and let the nut soak for about 15 minutes. Remove the shoulder bolt and collar ear from the round nut. Then, using a long screwdriver that is small enough to fit in the hole in the round nut but long enough to provide leverage, turn the nut to loosen it.
