In regards to the Air Command Compressor System part # F2610, the red wire will be attached directly to the positive battery terminal and the black wire will be attached directly to the negative battery terminal. There is also a yellow wire which can be used on a keyed ignition source. In order to bypass your factory installed controller and install an aftermarket brake controller like the Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller, # 90195, with Plug-In Wiring Adapter, # 3016, you will have to make a couple of cuts and connections.

The Edge Diesel Evolution CTS3 # EP69YR that you referenced is designed to work with the stock 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 3500. Since it is designed to work with stock vehicles, it will work with the stock DPF on your 3500. I confirmed this with my contact at Edge.
I also spoke with my contact at Edge to see if they have found that the # EP69YR causes accelerated DPF clogging. My contact said that they have not seen this issue happen with the tuner.

I called my contact at Putco about the installation of the Stainless Steel Fender Trim, part # P97296 on your Silverado.
They told me you need to remove the mud flaps, complete the installation of the fenter trim on your truck and then re-install the mud flaps. You should not have to do any trimming of the mud flaps for this. view full answer...
If your 2014 Chevy 4500 chassis is equipped with the factory 7-Way connector then the needed brake controller wiring is already ran to the cab but there isn't an actual plug present to use with a plug-in brake controller adapter. In order to install your Tekonsha brake controller such as the Prodigy P2 # 90885 you will just need to connect the wiring pigtail on the controller to the existing wires under the dash.

I spoke with BAK, and they said when the BAK Revolver X2 Hard Tonneau Cover # BAK39122 is rolled up, the only thing that will sit below the bed rails is the mounting rails, which will sit 1-1/2" to 2" below the bed rails and will run the entire length of the truck bed.

I would follow the manufacturers recommendations of ethanol free 87 octane fuel, nothing lower unless operating above 5,000 feet, stay away from E85 altogether.

I believe you meant to type ITBC that stands for integrated trailer brake controller. This is what your 2015 Chevy Silverado 3500 would have had. The ITBC gets bypassed pretty frequently on the Chevy trucks especially if the trailer being towed has electric over hydraulic brakes. The ITBC notoriously does not like to be used with EOH trailers.
Most likely you have a Prodigy P2 part # 90885 as that is the most common one swapped in.
