The VanTred mat is ribbed to fit the metal floor of your 2013 Chevrolet Express Van and will install using the plastic OEM shrouds and the rear and side entry doors. It sounds like you're looking for the cold side of the stop light switch for a brake controller installation on your 2019 Chevrolet Express 3500. The Chevy Vans are not actually pre-wired for a brake controller. A brake controller has to be partially hardwired in. If your 2007 Chevy Express came with a factory installed 7-Way trailer connector then the blue brake output wire should be ran from under the dash, near the emergency brake pedal back to the 7-Way. I spoke with my contact at Reese and he said that depending on how much the trailer weighs you may or may not be able to lift the arms of the Reese Steadi-Flex # RP66560 without the tool. Even if you were able to lift the arm in place by hand this isn't advisable because you could potentially injure your hand doing so.
