I went to the Saris website concerning the Saris Bones EX3 # SA803 bike rack and your 2015 Subaru Forester and found no prohibitions. I checked with our vehicle fit team and they did not see any issues. You can use the EX3 with your Forester even if it has an electric liftgate.
While you can use this rack on a vehicle with a liftgate, it is still not recommended to USE the liftgate when the rack is installed. The rack is especially designed not only to fit on a liftgate, but too also... view full answer...
The EcoHitch trailer hitch that fits your 2019 Volvo XC60 may interfere with the hands-free liftgate, yes. Most of the time you simply need to kick your foot to the side of the receiver as opposed to the middle and the hands-free liftgate will still work. While this isn't absolutely guaranteed, there haven't been reports from customers that have noted the liftgate has stopped functioning. The correct fit for the hitch on your Volvo is the following:

To determine if the Thule Pulse XL # TH615 will clear the liftgate on your 2009 Highlander, you will need to take a measurement on the roof. Open the rear liftgate and measure the distance between the rearmost roof rack crossbar and the closest portion of the liftgate. If this measurement is less than 16 inches, the Pulse XL Roof box will install without interfering with the operation of your liftgate. view full answer...
The Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # 36675 shouldn't keep the liftgate function from working on your 2020 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid. We haven't personally tested this out (simply because we haven't had a car in with that feature), but when I've reached out to Draw-Tite about this they said that it worked just fine when they tested it out.
The only thing that will change is that you need to find the "sweet spot" for the sensors. Since you will be placing a piece of steel between the bumper and... view full answer...
A trailer hitch may cause some interference with the hands-free liftgate on your wife's 2018 Toyota RAV4 because it is partially in front of the motion sensor, but it will still work as normal. For example, the etrailer # e98864 will allow full functionality of the liftgate, but your wife will just need to activate it with her foot on either side of the hitch receiver instead of the middle. Otherwise, everything will be the same in regard to the liftgate. With all of that being said, this... view full answer...

Installing the Draw-Tite # 76199 Class III hitch on your 2021 Alfa Romeo Stelvio will prevent the liftgate sensors under the center of the bumper from picking up movement, but if you wave your foot a few inches to one side or the other of the hitch receiver opening, the hands free liftgate will work just fine for you.
If you'll be towing with the hitch, you'll need a few other parts to complete your towing system. For a trailer wiring harness, use part # 118777. For a ball mount, use #... view full answer...

Yes, the hands free liftgate feature on your 2018 Nissan Pathfinder will still be functional with the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 76031 installed. However, in order to activate this feature you will need to place your foot on either side of the receiver tube opening which I have attached a photo of for you. This will be the case for the majority of vehicles with the hands free liftgate feature like your Pathfinder.

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13186 while installed on your 2018 Ford Escape WILL NOT negate the use of your hands free liftgate sensor. However, it will require that you place your foot on either side of the receiver tube opening in order to activate it which is not much of an issue at all for most. The trailer hitch manufacturers such as Curt have begun to ever so slightly modify the trailer hitch designs in order to work with the hands free liftgate feature because it is such... view full answer...
The Thule OutWay you mentioned, part # TH45JV will indeed fit on the liftgate of your 2013 Grand Caravan.
Thule strongly recommends that the rack be removed before the liftgate is opened. The gas struts on the liftgate are designed to suspend a specific amount of weight, there is no telling if the extra weight of the carrier could cause the liftgate to unexpectedly close. Additionally, the shock caused when the liftgate slams shut could damage the vehicle or the rack.

You can confirm rear liftgate clearance for the Swagman Original 3 Bike Rack # S64152-2 on your 2018 Jeep Compass with one simple measurement. Measure from the center of the hitch pin hole rearward 14-inches. This is where the upright bar of the Swagman rack will be when installed. Use a straight edge item like a yardstick or wooden dowel to mark this vertical location and open the liftgate. If it does not touch the yardstick then you'll have no clearance issue. When a trailer hitch like the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76034 is installed on a vehicle with the liftgate assist, like your 2018 Ford Explorer, we have found that the function typically still works but you have to kick off to the sides where other sensors are with a forward/backward motion instead of just swiping your foot under the bumper like you did before installing the trailer hitch.

Everything I found about the factory hitch for the 2020 Lincoln Corsair says it is either not intended for use with the Hands-Free Litigate or that you'll need to have your sensors re-located. There is no note from Curt about their hitch that fits the '20 Corsair, which is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C23FR.
What we have found is that on vehicles with the Hands-Free Liftgate, after installing a hitch you'll need to kick your foot to either side of the receiver portion in order to... view full answer...
According to the folks at Curt, the # C13416 Class III hitch will partially interfere with the hands-free liftgate sensors by limiting the area in which they're effective under the rear bumper. The area below and immediately next to the hitch receiver tube will have the hands-free liftgate sensors blocked, but the areas further to the right or left will still actuate the hands-free feature as shown in the provided photo.

Due to the 12-3/4 inch distance from the hitch pin hole, the closest portion of the Reese Cargo Carrier, part # 63153 would be far enough away from the liftgate that it will not interfere with opening it. As you said, having items on the carrier might prevent the liftgate from opening. Additionally, the top of the carrier would sit 8 inches above the hitch. That is the 2-1/2 inch rise in the shank plus the 5-1/2 inch side rails. You might want to check that measure as well.
