Good question, and while we do have a hitch that fits your 2021 Tesla Model 3, I reached out to EcoHitch who confirmed the hitch you asked about isn't a fit for the '21 Model 3. They mentioned that while the two model years were similar, the chassis configuration is slightly different in that there are a different number of bolt holes from '20 to '21 where the hitches install.

The big difference between the Curt Class III hitch # C45FR and the EcoHitch # EH84GR is that the EcoHitch has a removable hitch opening so when not being used you could have the hitch be totally invisible since nothing would hang below the rear bumper.
