If the edge of the door on the trailer is going to be flush with the inside of the of the door jamb on the trailer, then this door latch would not allow enough room for a 1/2 inch piece of trim. The best option for you to carry your gear is the Curt Folding Carrier # C18151 that you mentioned. A bike rack would not be able to be mounted to the Curt carrier, but that option does exist in the form of the Yakima EXO Swing Away 2 Bike Rack w/ Cargo Carrier - 2" Hitches # Y54ZR. This would work as long as you clubs weigh 110 pounds or less.

You will not have to extend any of the wires on your 2023 Nissan Rogue to install the Curt 4-Way # C44ER. This kit connects in line of the factory tail light wiring and includes a separate wire to connect to the vehicle battery to prevent excess power draw on the factory wiring. The Nissan Rogue underwent a design change model refresh for the 2021 model year, so a hitch and wiring can't be swapped from the 2018 model. So what you will need for a '21 Rogue is a new hitch and wiring that fits, and the best options are the following:

Cargo Boxes are not technically vehicle specific, as long as you have a roof rack on the vehicle you can use a cargo box that is compatible with the bars that you have. Measure from the center of the rear cross bar to the center of the front cross bar for the cross bar spread. You also want to measure from the center of the front cross bear to the point where the roof and hatch meet.

I have a similar aluminum cargo basket that fits the factory crossbars of your 2019 Nissan Rogue but the Inno you mentioned only fits square crossbars which isn't what you have on your vehicle. Instead you'd want the Thule Trail XT part # TH864XT which has been tested and confirmed a fit for your vehicle's crossbars, is aluminum like the Inno and also has an aerodynamic shape as well.
