The online copy of the owner's manual didn't have the locations for the relay but based on some research it should be in the kick panels of your 2007 Nissan Pathfinder; we have not had a chance to install these on an '07 Pathfinder so I was unable to find the exact location; you should be able to call your Nissan dealer and ask them directly where the relays are that activate the tow package without it costing you any money.

I have a couple of options for wiring harnesses that will give you what you're asking for. There isn't a plug and play set up that has a dual 7-Way and 4-Way set up so you'll need to use two separate harnesses if you need the dual set up to use at the same time.

Correct, if you didn't connect the bars on the Reese Pro Round Bar Weight Distribution w Sway Control # RE94FR then that wouldn't help out with the leveling situation. It may be possible to increase the tire size on your trailer but you will need to measure for clearance. A tire like the Kenda 5.70-8 # AM30155 has a section width of 5.8" and an outer diameter of 18.0". A 205/65-10 tire like the # AM3H350 has a section width of 8.3" and outer diameter of 20.8".
