The Replacement Rung for Stromberg Carlson RV Exterior Ladder measures 13-1/4" overall length. The diameter of the hole is 1". From the center of one of the holes to the other hole is 11-1/4" and the measurement between the holes is 10-1/4". From outside edge of one hole to the outside edge of the other is 11-3/4". The SnapPads # SN39FR that you referred to are 5-1/2" in size and your metal pads are 5-3/4", so your feet are too big for the pads. You will need the # SN99FR pads designed for metal feet 5-3/4" to 6".
