I may have a solution for you, but we do not have a custom fit front hitch available for a 1995 Chevy G30 van. We have not tested any of the universal hitches, but you may be able to use something like the Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs, 18" to 51" Wide # C13702, which is designed to be welded or bolted to frames between 18 to 51 inches wide.

Curt front-mount hitch # C31016 is specified to fit certain GMC and Chevrolet vans and RV cutaways but not until the 1996 model year. I show no custom-fit front-mount hitches for this vehicle, only rear-mount hitches from Draw-Tite, # 75121 and # 41121 for vans without the step bumper.

The Roadmaster Reflex Steering Stabilizer is no longer offered from Roadmaster but we do still have the brackets you would need to attach this to a 1989 Chevrolet 1500 Van Chassis, the Custom Mounting Brackets for Roadmaster Reflex Steering Stabilizer part # RM-RBK1. The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13016 is only a confirmed fit for a 1978 - 1996 Chevrolet Van which excludes conversion models. The reason for this is because the conversion van models do not have the mounting hole for the bumper which is the front facing hole on the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver closest to the receiver tube opening. I spoke with Curt and all they were willing to release is the distance between the two holes left to right which is 40.873".

I went out and tested one of our 30 Amp Plugs on the Valterra Electrical Cable Hatch # A10-2137VP and found that while the plug itself could probably be pushed through with a little muscle, the determining factor there was the plug's grip which did not allow the plug to pass through the back of the hatch.

There is a hitch receiver that could work for your 1995 Chevy G20 van, so long as your van does NOT have a step bumper. If so, I recommend the Draw-Tite # 75121 hitch, this is a 2" hitch that is a complete bolt-on installation so there will be no drilling required in your Chevy's frame.

Transmission coolers are not vehicle specific so anyone that will fit in the space you have in the engine compartment you can use. Adding the cooler will not bypass the existing cooler which is located inside the radiator. Adding a cooler provides supplemental cooling to the factory cooler.
