I went out to the warehouse and pulled the Camco RV Fresh-Water Hose, part # CAM22763, and used the digital calipers to take some measurements for you. The diameter of the hose fitting is 1". (See the image showing these dimensions I made elsewhere on the page.) I was able to insert the Camco RV Fresh-Water Hose Filter Washers, part # CAM20183, into the hose fitting with no problem, so yes, they are compatible.

Valterra is the other manufacturer we carry that has those bypass hoses and they are 8-1/2 inches end to end or 12-13/4 inches according to my contact at Valterra. These are the more standard sizes for the 6 gallon and 10 gallon water heaters.
