If you exceed the weight capacity of the Kuat Transfer bike rack part # KU84FR that you referenced it is very likely you will damage the bike rack so we cannot safely recommend you do so. You'd need to go with an e-bike rack with higher weight capacities like the Thule EasyFold XT part # TH903202 which is very easy to use and comes with a ramp to make loading and unloading bikes easier as well.
I attached a review video for more info on this as well. view full answer...

I really like the Curt hitch because the crosstube installs behind your rear bumper cover which completely hides it. This leaves only the 2" receiver visible. This not only looks better but it helps with ground clearance.

The measurement you're looking for is the rear hatch clearance measurement which is from the center of the front crossbar to the line where the roof and hatch meet on your 2018 Honda CRV. That measurement needs to be 52 1/2 inches for the SportRack Horizon Rooftop Cargo Box to clear your open hatch. The SportRack has a sleek design providing a low profile and would look great on your CRV.
For the Yakima SkyBox 12 Rooftop Cargo Box # Y07334 the rear hatch clearance requires 57 inches between... view full answer...

With the Thule Tire chains like the Thule Tire Chains # TH04115225 installed we typically recommend a speed rating of between 30-35 miles per hour as the maximum speed.
There are no chains that will allow you to travel faster than that. Also, if you are in snowy enough conditions to call for chains you probably shouldn't be going faster than 30-35 MPH even with the extra traction that chains provide. view full answer...

According to my Roadmaster representative, their older # 5250 Falcon tow bar is indeed compatible with MX base plates.
To wire the tow vehicle and the CRV together, there are some different alternatives. A wiring kit like # RM-154 from Roadmaster would permanently tap into the vehicle's wiring. I've linked a video of the install for you. A bulb and socket kit like # RM-155 would permanently install an extra bulb into each taillight assembly.
