The Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System and Blue Ox SwayPro Weight Distribution System are both excellent options. That said, the Blue Ox system will be less noisy but this is because it has two less points of friction therefore the sway control will be less effective. The main difference between the Equa-Flex # LC279688 and Road Armor # LC696740 is the placement of the rubber cushions. The Road Armor places the cushions above and below the mounting arm for the shackles while the Equa-Flex only has the cushions on the load side of the mounting arm. This all depends on your bed size, if you have the 8 foot long bed, go with the fixed Companion, but for the standard/short 6-3/4 foot bed, I recommend you go with the sliding Companion. Both the fixed and sliding hitch will fit the pucks of your 2023 Chevy Silverado 3500, but putting the fixed hitch in a short bed leaves open the possibility of the trailer making contact with your cab on tight turns.

Both the B&W Gooseneck hitches # BWGNRK1016 and # BWGNRK1016-5W are actually the same thing for your 2018 Chevy Silverado 3500. Good question, and the difference is what they fit; the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C15800 is designed to fit cab and chassis frames of not only a Chevy, but also Ram trucks. Cab and chassis frames are much narrower than pickup frames, which is why they are different fits. I measured the jaws and on both the Q25 # C16265 and the Q20 # C16130 the thickness of both is 1/2 inch. The differences are most obvious in the vertical load limit and the gross towing weight ratings. I reached out to my contact at Curt and the jaws are identical so the differences are in other metals being a slightly thicker gauge and the leg design. For reference, our part numbers will not always be the same as the manufacturers part numbers, but I can assure you that the Curt # C74FR you've referenced is a Curt A16 hitch head with the legs that are designed to fit in the Chevy/GMC OEM puck kits. I'm going to assume you have a 5th wheel pretty close to 20,000 lbs, and so long as the hitch exceeds the GVWR - the total weight of your trailer - then either the 20k or 25k option will work. That said, I personally always prefer some cushion, so anything in the neighborhood of 17,500 lbs+ I would go with the 25k, if for nothing else than peace of mind.
