If your Dometic HS2320L Burner/Sink Combo uses the small disposable propane tanks, then a hose like the Camco Replacement Propane Extension Hose, # CAM59045, will work well for you.
This hose measures 5 feet long and uses solid brass fittings to connect a propane tank to a propane accessory.

There really isn't a significant difference between the MB Sturgis Quick Disconnect Kit part # 104052-401132 and the Camco # CAM59853 as they both perform the same function.
We do have the MB Sturgis Quick Disconnect Propane Adapter part # 401132-MBS which has a male 1/4" NPT model 250 quick-disconnect fitting but you would need to use an adapter to convert the male 1/4" NPT to a male 3/8" inverted flare which we do not have.

A trailer with accessories like propane tanks up front or with V-nose construction like yours can make it more challenging to install a weight distribution (WD) system. WD spring bar brackets typically need to mount 25 - 30-inches behind the hitch ball. For example, the system you referenced, Pro Series # PS49582 requires placement of its brackets 30-inches from the center of the hitch ball.
