The date code is going to be a 4 digit number with the first 2 numbers referencing the week of the year it was manufactured and the last 2 digits being the last 2 digits of the year. It may only be on one side of the tire. I have included an image of another trailer tire below where you can see the date code(3117) on the far right portion of the tire.
