Hey Albert, yeah finding the reverse light circuit on a vehicle can be somewhat challenging but I have some tips that will hopefully be helpful. So first thing to do is remove the interior panels on the rear hatch where the reverse lights are like you are going to replace the reverse light bulbs. Test the wires that lead to the socket with a tester like part # PTW2993 till you find the one that has voltage when reverse lights are on. Note the color of the wire.

The spare tire release mechanism may be blocked following the installation of the # 75882 on your 2022 Ram ProMaster 1500. It is possible it won't but I wouldn't count on that. If you want to install this hitch I would expect to have to modify the mechanism so you can use the tool. We don't have specific instructions on modification so it would be up to you to figure out.
