If you just need replacement brackets for your 42" hugger ceiling fan, then Replacement Brushed Chrome Brackets # 277-000399 will indeed work. The blades # 277-000398 are also available if you need them.
In regard to adding a light fixture to this, we don't have parts to make that happen unfortunately since most RV ceiling fans don't have built-in light assemblies, and instead have separate light fixtures on the ceiling.
