Per Curt their Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13272 will not fit the F-Sport package on your 2017 Lexus RX 350. The best I can say is you can see the installation video I have linked near the bottom of the page. If you see our particular Lexus has any components in the way of where the receiver... view full answer...
Hey Pep!
According to the photos in the installation instructions for the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C29VV it looks like the receiver sticks out just a little from the bumper.
The center off the hitch pin hole is 2-1/2" back from the front face of the receiver (see attached). view full answer...

The Curt T-Connector # C56217 is actually designed for a Toyota Highlander or a newer model RX350 L which is one reason you're struggling to find the right connector on your 2019 Lexus RX350 L.

Hey Shane, for your 2020 Lexus RX 350 that didn't have a factory hitch the trailer wiring that you honestly should have gone with is the part # C56217 which is for the versions of the vehicle that don't have the tow package. While your vehicle has the connector it's not active which is why it's not working as-is. Maybe Lexus dealer could activate the wiring harness but we don't have any info on that. view full answer...

You will have the same issue on your 2024 Lexus RX 500h. Once you install the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C29VV you simply need to test different areas around the receiver to figure out which area works best for the kick sensor.
