The only people that have problems with the Curt trailer wiring part # C56496 burning out are the ones who do not properly secure the converter box. The Curt Class I hitch you referenced, part # C11535, does NOT require you to do any drilling for installation on your 2015 Acura TLX. You will need to temporarily lower the exhaust for easier access to the frame's mounting points; all that is required for this is slipping off the rubber hangers that support the exhaust. The Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT68GR doesn't have any reviews as of yet (February 2022) since it's a newer trailer hitch, but according to Draw-Tite their hitch should take an experienced installer about 60 minutes to install on your 2021 Acura TLX.
