In regards to fans, it is not the size that matters it is the airflow. Electric fans are not necessarily vehicle specific. If you have # D16908 that you have referenced, it puts out 450 cubic feet of air per minute. This is not very much and a fan that can generate more would be needed.
Typically, a 6 cylinder motor requires 1,600 to 2,000 cubic feet per minute.

I do have a solution for you but you will not be able to use a rear mount hitch on the front of a vehicle. Some trailer hitch manufacturers we carry do not give us the hitch dimensions because it is proprietary information.
