Even though there is not a tow hook attachment location on the passenger's side, one solution is to weld the Safety Chain U-Loop for Trailer Hitch - Weld-On # 362ChainLoopU onto the same frame location on the passenger's side of the vehicle as the hook your driver's side. To ensure that you will be fine after adding the camera and the 12V fans, you will want to verify the amperage draw on the fuse protecting your vehicle's 12V power wire in the towing package. Then you will want to determine the amp draw of the 12V fans and the camera to make sure that they will not exceed the fuse's amp draw.
Typically vehicle's have a 40 amp fuse protecting their trailer wiring 12 V power wire.

If you have the towing package the trailer hitch I recommend for you is the Draw-Tite # 76112. This is a Class lll hitch and it has a 2 inch receiver opening.

I have heard of similar issues and the culprit is often that the Trailer Sway Control System on your 2015 Toyota Tundra is fighting the Tuson Asymmetric Sway Control # 335TSC-1000 that you have on your Safari Condo Alto 2114. This is not normal and your unnerving feeling is completely justified. The Tuson system is attempting to send power to each side of your trailer individually and the Tundra is wanting to send power to both sides to attempt to correct the sway.

The sway bars on your Tacoma work to prevent excessive body roll and stabilize the vehicle while you are driving.
