The fan that you selected, part #D17917 is an aftermarket clutch fan. I contacted our representative at Derale, and he informed me that they do not have an application guide for clutch fans. He said that the replacement fans go by the measurements and are not vehicle specific.

I have a solution for you, but the CIPA # CM11551 are not designed to fit on the Sequoia and are instead designed for the mirrors on newer Ford trucks. Instead, there is a custom fit option available for your 2007 Toyota Sequoia with the the Original Custom Towing Mirror Custom Slide On Mirrors (Pair) # CTM4000. These mirrors will fit nice and tight so the vibrations will be limited.

The bearings should really be repacked every 12,000 miles or 12 months whichever comes first even if you are not putting 12,000 miles on the trailer. It still a good idea to routinely repack the bearings every 12 months because the grease breaks down over time regardless of the mileage which can lead to bearing failure. If the jerking you are referring to is the fore and aft movement of your existing ballmount in the receiver, then the Convert-A-Ball Cushioned Ball Mount would certainly help to reduce that. Though the ball mount has a 10,000 lb capacity, the cushioning would still be effective for a 3000 lb camper.

From what I could find in the online owner's manual for a 2002 Toyota Sequoia it looks like pretty much all of them came with a factory 4-Way but I didn't see any reference to wiring under the driver's side dash for a brake controller.
This means you'll need to install the Universal Wiring Kit # ETBC7 in order to use the Prodigy P2 # 90885. The ETBC7 plugs into your current 4-Way and then includes the wiring and connectors needed for a fully functional 7-Way.

The Curt Class III hitch, part # 13440 won't fit with the factory hitch in place, but once removed Curt tells me it would fit just fine.
This being said, I'd urge you to closely inspect the surface of the vehicle frame where the hitch mounts to make sure it's still sound. If the frame members are corroded and no longer structurally sound I would not recommend towing with a hitch or using one for any hitch mounted accessories.
