Sandra, what you're going to need to do is adjust the hitch to redistribute more of the weight to the front of the truck. I've included a video that shows how the hitch will redistribute the weight when installed properly and an instruction link showing how to adjust the hitch head which starts on page 14. view full answer...
Hello Marcus. As far as the Malone EcoLight Trailer, there really is no way to upgrade the hubs beyond the standard grease hubs that it comes with.
It may be possible to use slightly larger tires and wheels, but that will completely depend on the amount of clearance between the tire and the fender. Ideally you want 3" between the tire and the fender, and at least 1" between the inside of the tire and the frame of the trailer.
The 4.80/4.00-8 tires that come with the EcoLight are 4.7"... view full answer...
While the Malone AirFlow2 Roof Rack # MAL84AR does include its own locks for securing the roof rack to your 2017 Toyota RAV4 you will need the Thule One-Key System # TH450200 to secure the Thule Hullavator Pro Kayak Roof Rack # TH898 to the crossbars. view full answer...
Hey Glenn,
The Hub Bearing Kit # BK2-100 comes with a cotter pin and a tang washer so that you can prevent either a standard nut or castle nut from backing off, depending on the type of spindle you have. Lippert easy-lube axles have a hole through them for a cotter pin and castle nut, while Dexter axles won't have the hole for the cotter pin and instead use a regular nut and tang washer to prevent the nut from backing off. It doesn't hurt to hang onto the extra hardware incase you need... view full answer...
We do have locks that will work with your Dexter A-60 Brake Actuator # DX56FR. The Coupler Lock # e98888 will allow you to secure the trailer to your vehicle when towing. This lock pin replaces the included push pin which comes with the actuator.
For storage you will want to use the Fastway Universal Trailer Coupler Lock # FA86-0015-316. This can be used with the coupler lock above as well.
I have linked videos for each of these locks near the bottom of the page which shows them being... view full answer...
You will need a 0.05" Allen wrench which is what is included in the Re-Keying Kit # DTLBM02RK to remove remove the lock cylinder from your Diversi-Tech hitch. No, sorry you can not. The 2" receiver that comes with the Stealth Hitches item # SH27FRT can only be used for accessories like bike racks and cargo carriers. It's only been built to withstand the vertical force put it on by accessories.
You'll have to use the included ball mount to tow. There's no other options or any way to do any height adjustments with the hitch.
The Stealth Hitches item # SH27FRT has been confirmed to fit the 2021 Volvo XC90 Recharge. I have linked an installation... view full answer...
The Kit # TM56FR with 10 sensors you found is going to be the largest amount of sensors that come with a unit as this is typically the most common setup. You can easily add additional Sensors # TM-2Brass to fit all your tires.
I would recommend going with the flow through Kit # TM98FR and 3 sets of their Sensors # TM66FR as then you will not need the wrench included with the sensors to remove them every time you need to add air to your tires. view full answer...

Thank you for the image, Jason. It looks like the best option for you is going to be relocating the 7-way to a No-Drill Mount Bracket # 18136. This mounting bracket will clamp around the cross tube and allow you to position the mounting plate included with the 7-Way # ETBC7 higher behind your receiver and much closer to the bottom of your rear fascia. view full answer...
Hello Otto. The 12v pin on your 7-way should be hot all the time, assuming it is wired directly to the vehicles battery. This would generally be the 1 o'clock pin. I have included the wiring diagram for a 7-way below for your reference. I am not quite sure what you mean by "tm pin" though so if you can provide more information, I am happy to provide you with a more detailed answer. view full answer...
Hey Dwayne, so the great thing about trailer jacks is that basically where there's a will there's always a way. So what that means is that if you want to use the etrailer jack part # MJSQ-2500B on your trailer you certainly could. You could possibly get lucky and be able to use the included bolt on brackets but worst case scenario you could weld the jacks to the trailer. view full answer...
For the gravity fill inlet on the # A01-2004VP you can use really any flexible 1-1/4" diameter (or smaller) hose. That is, as long as it is made of non-toxic plastic that is safe for drinking water. Unfortunately, we no longer carry any hoses with a 1-1/4" diameter. I was able to find a picture showing an example of a compatible 1-1/4" hose which I have included below. I imagine you could find something like this at a local hardware store or plumbing supply store. view full answer...

Hi Susan!
The Better Bath RV Kitchen Sink # LC209356 doesn't come with a cover but you can either reuse your old one or use a universal one like the Camco Sink Mate # CAM43859 or the Camco Oak Accents RV Sink Cover # CAM43431. Both of these will be a little larger than the Better Bath sink, but they will still cover the opening completely so you don't have to worry about dropping anything into the sink. view full answer...
Hey Jeff, cool trailer. It sounds like you are already on the right track here, because the Curt TruTrack Weight Distribution System # C17501 is definitely a good option for your Ember 240TKR travel trailer.
This system is intended for trailers with a tongue weight between 1,000 lbs and 1,500 lbs. Generally, the tongue weight of a travel trailer will be 10%-15% of the total weight. it sounds like your trailer is going to be a bit heavier on the tongue, so I am thinking you may be closer... view full answer...
