It might be possible to install the Curt hitch part # E-3S in theory to the rear bumper beam of your 2011 Toyota Prius but this is not the intended application for this hitch and I am sure Toyota would also recommend against this as well. The bumper beam appears to not be compatible with this either.

The installation process for the EchoHitch # EH53VR is very similar to the Curt # C11473 and Draw-Tite # 24966. The hitch requires the removal of the bumper and installs behind the bumper beam on your 2020 Prius XLE. You are correct. Tires on cars and trucks are balanced to even out the high and low spots, which inevitably show up during the manufacturing process, to smooth out the ride for the passengers. As there are no passengers in a trailer/camper (or at least there shouldn't be), this is not an issue and you do not need to spend the money to get them balanced. Especially since I have heard the weights tend to fly off trailer wheels.

It sounds like you are having trouble either with step 2 or step 6 in the installation instructions of the Tekonsha T-One # 118505 on your 2017 Toyota Prius. You will find the connector for step 2 inside the vehicle behind one of the side panels (picture C) while the connector for step 6 is located under the Prius on the driver's side (picture E).

First I recommend getting new hardware Kit # RHK. The mounting hardware does weaken due to being stretched during tightening. There does appear to be 2 different Draw-Tite Hitches for your Prius.

When using the Firestone Coil-Rite Air Helper Springs Part # F4136 on your 2015 Toyota Prius you should not have to add air on a regular basis. I sometimes see a slight pressure loss when it goes from hot outside to cold and you'll have to add a bit to get it back to pressure similar to the way a tire on a vehicle fluctuates up and down slightly with weather.

Yes. As long as you can fit the 4 way flat connector through the grommet, that will be possible. To mount the connector I recommend that you use a mounting bracket to give the installation a cleaner look.

The video you referenced shows the Tekonsha kit part # 118505 install on a 2010 Toyota Prius like yours which is basically the exact same install as the Curt part # C56147 that you have. If there's a Hybrid Error warning light coming on I would suspect the issue is related to the battery wire of the kit. Make sure it's attached to the positive terminal of the battery securely and no exposed wire on this circuit is making contact to anything metal. Aside from using a cargo basket with a fairing, like the Curt # C18115, which it sounds like you already did, my only other recommendation would be to use extra tie downs.

The Inno Tire Hold 4 Bike Platform Rack part # INH142 comes with locks for both the hitch and bikes. The hand knob on the front of the rack which is used to tighten and loosen it has a lock core built in that won't let you loosen it, which is required to remove the rack, without the key. The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C11276 which is a fit for a 2010 Toyota Prius should be okay to be used to pull the car out of a ditch. The trailer hitch doesn't have to be rated for the weight of the vehicle since it's a rolling load. It uses the same attachment point as the factory tow hook does so there should be no issue. I checked out a 2007 Prius we have here in our lot and I also did not see indents on it so it appears some vehicles do not have them unless both of us are missing something. What you can do is measure from the center of the B-pillar (the vertical metal piece that separates the front door and window from the rear door and window) forward 9-7/8 inches.
