I do have a photo to show you of the Yakima FullBack # Y02634 on a 2021 Toyota Prius - this is a photo Yakima took when they did the test fit. The upper arms do sit on the rear windshield but that isn't uncommon for trunk mount rack applications.
When you install the FullBack you want the base pad to be 5/8" above the bumper and you want to switch the hub setting to 4. You'll need to install both the upper and lower hooks in anchor mode which I go over in the video I'm linking of the... view full answer...
The Thule OutWay 3 Bike Carrier, item # TH56BV, will fit the 2010 Toyota Prius but will require that the rear wiper not be used when installed and that the straps are not in contact with the muffler or exhaust pipe when installed.
For the 2010 Honda Odyssey, the Thule OutWay 3 Bike Carrier, item # TH56BV, is not recommended because top straps should not be mounted directly to glass or plastic trim covering the glass. At this time there is not a trunk mounted bike rack option for this vehicle... view full answer...

The 2016 Prius you have uses a different wiring harness than the 2010 model, so therefore the wiring harness from your 2010 will unfortunately not work on the 2016.
