The K-Source Towing Mirror part # KS3990 is 5-1/8 wide. You would probably add about an inch to that to know how far out the mirror would stick when installed. That number will vary slightly though as it depends on where exactly that you install the mirror on your factory mirror.
For mirrors that are much taller than normal mirrors like those on your 2008 Toyota FJ Cruiser, I recommend going with a door mount mirror, # 11650. The door mount is going to give you the best performance and... view full answer...
To know if you'll be able to clear the Let's Go Aero BossHog, part # H01472, with the rear door of the 2012 FJ Cruiser, you'll need to measure the length of the rear door and how far off the hitch the door sits. The primary contact point you'll want to worry about is the sides of the carrier, which are 7 inches tall. You'll want to measure from the bottom of the door to the top of your trailer hitch. If you have more than 7 inches, you'll clear the carrier easily and then also know how... view full answer...
I went out to our warehouse and was able to measure a width of 36-1/4" from mounting hole to mounting hole on the Westin Ultimate Bull Bar # 32-2215, which is confirmed to fit your 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser.
It's important to note that both the mounting hardware and the bull bar itself are vehicle-specific. It sounds like you may have a bull bar that's designed to fit a different vehicle. Even with the correct mounting hardware (which is included or also available separately with part # 32-221PK),... view full answer...
Thank you for providing a photo of the A-frame on your 2016 Riverside trailer.
You will be fine using the Stromberg Carlson Bike Bunk Trailer-Mounted Bike Rack Carrier # CC-275 since it will work on A-frame trailers from 14- to 55-inches wide, as measured from the frame's outside edge to outside edge.
This bike rack carrier works with 2-inch hitch-mount carriers like the Curt # C18030 4-bike rack, which is rated for 180 pounds of bikes. view full answer...
I have attached a photo of the Tow Ready Pintle Hook Mount, part # 63059 with several measurements noted.
As the photo shows, the length of the shank from the end to the front face of the plate is 14-5/8 inches. The plate is 5/8 inches thick so the shank measures 14 inches from the end to the back of the plate. The distance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the front of the plate is 11-3/8 inches. The distance from the pin hole to the start of the angled bracket is 7-3/4 inches. view full answer...
I have attached a photo of the Brophy Trailer D-Ring Tie Down, part # SR15-C with the dimensions all noted.
The overall dimension of the D-ring is 2-1/4 inches and the inside width of the D-ring is 1-1/2 inches. view full answer...
You'd have to measure from the center of the hitch pin on your 2012 Toyota FJ Cruiser out to the furthest point out on the rear spare to determine if the etrailer carrier part # e98874 will clear it.
If that distance is less than 9-1/2 inches this will fit and clear the spare. view full answer...
The distance the hub face will be from the outside of the trailer frame it is installed on is 8 inches with the Timbren Axle Less System part # ASR35HDS02 . If the wheels you plan on using have the same offset as the wheels on your Toyota FJ Cruiser you will want to take the wheel off of one of the axles and then measure the hub face to hub face dimension.
With that dimension you will want to subtract 8 inches from it, and that is how wide of a trailer you will need to build. I wouldn't... view full answer...
On the T-Handle Locking Stainless Steel Flush Door Latch # L4080 the rotating latch is 2-1/4 inches long and it sits about 1-1/2 inches behind the faceplate plate. IT is designed to fit in a mounting hole of 3-3/4 inches by 2-3/4 inches and a door thickness range 1-3/8 to 1-7/16 inches thick. It has a total depth of 2-3/4 inches. view full answer...
Theoretically, the height of the trailer frame could be anything over 2 inches tall for the Bolt-On, Drop Leg Trailer Jack, # DL22320. The vertical center to center distance between holes is 1 inch. The gap between the first set of holes and second set of holes is 1-1/2 inches. The minimum trailer frame height would have to be 2 inches. view full answer...
Some Toyota factory hitches will require an extra-long hitch lock to span the outside of the hitch tube. We do offer a hitch lock made for this situation, the DeadBolt # RH5-XL which has a center span of 3-5/8-inches. The Bulldog lock # BD580402 has a center span of only 2-1/2-inches so it may not work on your Toyota OEM hitch. Our etrailer.com lock # e98881 will definitely fit so it is the better choice. Please refer to the linked video for more on this item. view full answer...
I went out into our warehouse and measured a Curt Combo Bar # E-9 and found that it is 2-1/2 inches by 2-1/2 inches.
Check out the video I attached that shows these measurements being taken. view full answer...
Yes, it can and thanks for the picture! The Curt Front Trailer Hitch item # 31367 has a 350 lbs vertical load limit. So long as your carrier weighs 90 lbs or less this set up will work great with your 2011 Toyota FJ Cruiser.
I have linked an installation video below to help you get this hitch installed.
If you need a motorcycle carrier, I recommend the etrailer Motorcycle Carrier w/ Ramp item # e98873. This carrier has a 500 lbs capacity and weighs only 58 lbs. view full answer...
The Carpod Walled Carrier # M2205-01-02 shouldn't have a problem fitting the factory hitch of your 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser but you need to measure it to be sure. If you measure from the center of your hitch pin to the furthest point out on the rear spare and you get less than 14 inches this carrier will fit and clear easily. view full answer...
My recommendation is to use the Deka Battery Box Vented- U1, # DW03188. It has inside dimensions with lid removed: 8-1/4" L x 5-1/4" W x 6-1/8" D. All of our battery boxes are slightly smaller or way larger than your battery dimensions, so this one will allow some room, but still be functional for you. view full answer...
According to the owners manual for the 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser the maximum towing capacity of the vehicle is 5,000 pounds so you would not be able to tow the tiny house with that particular vehicle.
I recommend renting a 1-ton truck (Ford F-350, Chevy/GMC 3500, Ram 3500) but make sure to verify the towing capacity and tongue weight capacity with the rental agency before renting it. view full answer...
The printed owner's manual for your 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser is the best place to confirm all of the vehicle capacities and limits but I did find an online edition of the manual and it indicates the maximum towing capacity is 5000-lbs. Your FJ might have equipment installed that gives it a lower towing capacity so this is why it is best to check your manual index under TOWING to find the rated capacity for your particular vehicle.
Towing a trailer that weighs 3400-lbs total will require... view full answer...

I went to our warehouse and took some measurements of the Valterra Double Rotating Waste Valve, part # T80 for you.
I have attached a photo of the valve that has the dimensions you asked about. The distance from the end of the 1-1/2 inch inlet pipe to the end of the 3-inch inlet pipe is 10-7/8 inches. The distance from the outside to outside of the square face plates is 8-1/2 inches and inside to inside between the plates is 5-3/4 inches. view full answer...
