The serial and part numbers for Dometic units are typically found on the rooftop unit under the shroud. I've attached a video below where I'm installing a softstart on a Dometic unit and at about the 4:00 minute mark I talk about finding the model number sticker on the side of the unit after removing the shroud. Once you find the model info/serial number sticker just get a picture of it and I'd be happy to look up the correct replacement shroud.
