I could not find any information about your Dexter 31073. However, there is still a way to see if the Bauer Products Motorhome Door Lock, part # BA64FR, will work for you. Though we can't tell if it's a direct replacement, it will work with any door that has specific dimensions.
This door lock will fit any cutout that is 5-1/4" wide x 4-1/2" tall in a door that is 1-1/4" to 1-1/2" thick.

The VD0434 number that you mentioned is actually the screen part number on your Ventline fan. Knowing that, the replacement motor should be the Ventline part # BVD0218-00 which is for Ventline, Ventadome, and Vanair Fans. If you are replacing this on an older unit then you also need the Fan Blade # BVD0215-00.
The replacement motor # BVD0278-00 that you referenced is actually a replacement for a Ventline range hood like what you would have in your kitchen.

Based on the pictures I was able to find online that must be 7.5" tall x 5" wide on your 2015 Thor Majestic. Typically when you find a replacement you want to measure the existing cutout to see what would fit.
You might be able to use the Bauer Products Rotary Latch # BA85FR. This requires a 6" tall x 4" wide cutout and has similar dimensions on the face of the latch at 7.9" tall x 5.7" wide. I do have a potential solution for you, but we do not carry the Coleman brand air conditioners. You may be able to add on a Coleman brand thermostat, but this would likely require a decent amount of installation including replacing the distribution box and wiring in a wall thermostat.

In order to get you the correct wiper seal for your 2017 Thor Four Winds 31W you're going to have to remove some of your current seal so you can measure the length as well as the side profile of the seal. Once we know these dimensions I can recommend a replacement that matches what you have.
For example, the Rubber Wiper Seal # SR98FR you looked at measures 15' Long x 3-3/16" Wide and is bulb style with a stick on application.
