According to my research the only vehicles allowed to use strobe lights, like the Custer # CPL4R-STR, are either emergency response vehicles or heavy duty equipment vehicles like snow plows/highway maintenance or farm equipment. From the information I was able to gather, installation of a brake controller like the Tekonsha Voyager, # 39510, requires some hard wiring and there will not be a connector present to plug in to under the dash.
