Thule does not offer the foot pads alone of their roof racks. We do have the fit kits that are available to your 2013 Subaru Impreza, though.

For your 2010 Subaru factory crossbar, you can upgrade your Sidearm Mounting hardware to fit that rear rail. The front rail should work with the current hardware, but the upgraded hardware should work with both bars if that is what you are mentioning. I checked with Yakima and to mount your existing JayHook Kayak Carrier to the aero-style crossbars on your Subaru Outback you just need the HullRaiser Conversion Kit # Y8860031 and Plug Kit # Y8890058. This will replace the original mounting hardware on the carrier with top and bottom brackets that secure to the factory bars on your Outback.
