In order for the Yakima Rack and Roll trailer part # Y08107 to be towed level you will want to go with a ball mount that will put the hitch ball right at 22 inches from the ground. You will need to measure from the top of your hitch opening to the ground. The difference between that measurement and 22 is the amount of rise/drop you would need.

Bike racks mounted on the rear of a vehicle like with the Swagman Chinook part # S64683 are going to at least partially block the view as you back up. But when this rack isn't in use you could fold down the upright mast. When bikes are loaded it really will depend on the style of them but for the most part you'd have a pretty good idea what's behind the rack. It sounds like you are looking for an Anti-Rattle with a threaded pin. Anti-Rattle pins are normally bike manufacturer specific, but based on my research is appears your bike rack uses an insert within the hollow 1-1/4 inch shank or 2 inch shank.
