I have a solution for you, but because the RockyMounts West Slope 2 Bike Rack # RKY10222 only has 5" of clearance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the edge of the bike rack when folded up, it may not be the best choice.

Roof rack makers generally do not recommend operating a vehicle's sunroof when an aftermarket roof rack is installed.
