For your 2003 Saab 9-3, the difference between the hitches is connection points to the frame. There is a compatibility issue for the Draw-Tite hitch on a sedan, so the only confirmed fit for your vehicle is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4" # C11326. Thule doesn't offer replacement parts for their fit kits like the part # THKIT3065 which is the correct kit to use on your 2008 Saab 9-3 with the bars # TH7601B-TH7602B.
The reason they give us is that they get the kits directly from Sweden pre-assembled so they can't split them up for replacement parts. So you'd have to order a new fit kit then.
