To add a roof rack to your 2020 Ram ProMaster 2500 you need a Rhino-Rack system as Thule has yet to come out with a roof rack for any ProMaster models. Your Thule ProBars will only fit Thule feet so we need to start over with a complete roof rack:

I like where you were going with mounting the Thule SnowPack # TH7326B on the Thule Elite Van XT # TH302043. I went to the warehouse and verified that the T-Bolts that come with the SnowPack will indeed fit in the tracks that are used for the Elite Van XT. You might be able to mount the SnowPack on the vertical bars of the rack using the strap system but I'd be afraid that your skis/boards might be hanging out further than your van.

I measured the Yakima HoldUp 2 Bike Platform Hitch Rack # Y02443 when its ratcheting arms are folded down (without bikes) for the dimension you need. This highest part of the folded rack, the wheel cradle, will have a height of 10-inches above the top of the 2-inch shank that fits into the hitch.

In regards to battery isolators, they should be rated at or close to the changing amperage rating of your alternator. I contacted Dometic (they own the Fan-Tastic Vent brand now) and they said you can use any 4 Amp fuse as long as it is the same diameter of the existing fuse. You can unscrew the 12V plug to replace it. They do not sell the fuse as a replacement part but you can go to any automotive store to get it. view full answer...

You will not need an extension. I checked the four hitch receiver options we have for your 2021 Ram ProMaster 2500. The RockyMounts BackStage Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount, part # RKY10002, measures 7" from the center of the hitch pin hole to the closest part of the rack when in the folded up position. None of the hitch receiver options measure more than 3" from the center of the hitch pin to the edge of your bumper, so you will have ample room for this hitch bike rack.
