The 1621 and 1621HD have similar bolt hole pattern, but the HD has an extra bolt hole. This means that you can use an HD pin box for a 1621 application, but if you have an HD pin box that extra bolt hole needs to be used so the regular 1621 pin boxes are not compatible.

The Tri-Glide has been discontinued. It was replaced by the Flex Air line. The Flex Air pin box that will fit your Lippert 1621 pin box is # LC328492 but it is rated for 18,000 pounds and not 21,000. There is a TrailAir version that is rated for 21,000 pounds that will also fit. It is # LC158778.

I called my contact at Lippert and he confirmed that the only replacement parts that are available for purchase for your 69" Solera awning is the the pitch arm (the bottom inside arm) or the gas strut (the little hinge-like piece that connects the inner top arm and the pitch arm). The only 5-spoke utility hub we carry is part # 8-174-5UC3 which is a hub and drum assembly. The bearing numbers are # 25580 and # 15123. Obviously this is a different outer bearing number than what you have but it has the same inner diameter as # LM67048 so it still fits your spindles and will work for you. We don't carry an idler hub with that bolt pattern.
