Actually yes, we have the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs, # F2478 which are confirmed to fit the 2022 Ram 3500 Cab and Chassis and reading through the installation instructions there shows nothing of needing to do this modification. Please note the attached image showing how the lower bracket attaches. Because it installs over the leaf springs there is no issue.

I recommend the Curt Gooseneck Flat Plate # C65500 which can be installed on your 2021 Ram 3500 Cab and Chassis with no flatbed. This will need to get welded to the frame, and then bracing will also need to be added and welded on to further strengthen the plate.

We do have an excellent solution for you. The Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Cover part # RP30055 will do the job and offer a great fit on your Curt A25 24K Fifth Wheel for the Ram Prep Package like part # C16046.
While it is not branded Curt we have found that this cover fits a wide variety of hitches and does a good job of keeping the dirt, debris and weather off of your fifth wheel hitch.

I did some checking and for 295/65-20 tires you can use sizes 3231 or 3831. For the 3231 size I recommend # TC3231SHD which can be used for both on-road and off-road applications. For the 3831 size I recommend # TC3831 which also can be used for both on-road and off-road applications.

In order to prevent clearance issues while turning you'll want to carry the kayaks as far forward as possible. To do this you'll need to support the kayaks on a load extender over the hood using a front mount hitch. The rear of the kayaks can then be secured over the roof with a roof rack.
