I was able to determine that your 9,000lb axles on your Texas Pride Trailer will accept the Dexter Axle Oil Hub # 008-430-03. It uses the same Outer Bearing # 25580, Inner Bearing # 387A and this will use the Oil Seal # 10-51 which is the same 2.875 inner diameter as your grease seal.
